AI-powered features are subject to daily usage limits. Repeatedly exceeding these limits may result in automatic and immediate revocation of your premium subscription without refund. This measure exists to prevent abuse of resources that incur costs to operate.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@adaptrun.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
