Important: When you connect third-party platforms (Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Apple Health, Google Fit/Health Connect), you are authorizing us to access and sync your data from those platforms. This data remains subject to the privacy policies of those platforms as well as this Privacy Policy. Your use of these third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
5.5 International Data Transfers
We predominantly process your personal data in the United States. However, we may transfer your personal data outside of your country of residence to certain third parties (including those listed above). Where we make such transfers to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection as determined by the European Commission or relevant authorities, we use appropriate safeguards such as:

When This Mode is Activated:
- The ADAPT Run employee may view your activity data but will not have access to sensitive location or payment data
- Access to this mode is strictly limited to a small, designated group of employees who have been specifically trained on confidentiality obligations
- A secure authentication mechanism (such as a one-time code) will be used to ensure only authorized employees can access this mode
- Your consent for this mode must be provided explicitly for each instance it is activated and may be withdrawn at any time
- All access is logged for security and audit purposes

12. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
